Our products are designed and priced specifically for trade projects. Because each project can vary — in volume, fabrics, finishes, delivery location, and installation requirements — we don’t display fixed prices online.
Instead, you build a quote by selecting the items you need, then submit it to us. We’ll then provide a personalised, itemised quotation.
This approach ensures your quote reflects exactly what you need — giving you full transparency before you place an order.

How to Order
How Our Quote System Works
- Pricing is based on volume.
- Custom fabrics/finishes affect cost.

Build a Quote Easily
- On any product page, click Request Quote to compile your items.
- Open your Quote List from the top navigation to review and adjust quantities.
- Submit the list via the Submit for Quotation form with your project details.

Quote Acceptance
- We aim to turn quotations around within 24 hours, but sometimes it will take a little longer.
- You will receive a detailed picture quotation from Quotient, our online acceptance system.
Sample Service
- Request fabric and stain samples foc for approval.
- Product samples are available, but the cost is chargeable depending on your project.
Payment Options
- Cards: We accept major credit and debit cards.
- Bank transfer: Direct transfers are available for faster clearance.
- A 100% deposit is required to start production unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery & Installation
Pricing & Coverage
- Product prices exclude delivery, installation, VAT and any tariffs, taxes or customs duties.
- We ship worldwide by land, air or sea.
- Delivery is quoted on DAP terms.
- We can quote fast-track services on request.
Lead Times
- Typical lead time: 4–6 weeks from cleared payment.
- QuickShip: Selected items may dispatch within ~72 hours, subject to stock.
- Lead times may vary due to supplier availability or product specifics (e.g., special fabrics).
Packaging & Setup
- Securely packed (boxed, wrapped or palletised) for safe kerbside delivery.
- Assembly instructions are included where applicable.
- Optional professional installation available (see below).
Professional Installation
Our delivery & installation teams can handle everything from placement to packaging removal, with hourly charging for full transparency. In many cases, we can have your venue ready to trade the same day.
- Additional fees may apply if delivery/installation details change with < 48 hours’ notice.
- Extra charges may apply if we encounter site access difficulties or parking constraints.
- On delivery, please check items carefully and report any damage or shortages on the paperwork or within 24 hours.
Placing an Order
- Once you confirm your quotation and make the required payment, your order is placed, and production begins.
- Most items are made to order, so please review all specifications carefully before approval.
- If your order included Delivery charges, they will depend on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
- Under DAP terms, International taxes, duties and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.
- We will always keep you updated if lead times change.

- Warranty exclusions: Modifications or uses outside supplier-approved specifications void warranties.

FAQs
Why can’t I see product prices?
Our products are customised for trade projects, with costs depending on finishes, fabrics, volumes, and delivery/installation. Submit a quote request and we’ll provide a full, tailored quotation.
Do quoted prices include delivery and installation?
No. Prices quoted exclude delivery and installation. We will quote these separately based on your location, order volume and timing.
Do your quoted prices include tariffs, customs duties or import taxes?
No. Under DAP terms, all tariffs, duties, taxes and customs charges are payable by the customer on arrival.
What are the typical lead times?
Standard lead times are usually 4–6 weeks from cleared payment, subject to supplier availability and any product-specific factors such as special fabrics. Selected QuickShip items may dispatch within approximately 72 hours, subject to stock.
Do you offer installation?
Yes. We offer delivery and installation services charged on an hourly basis. We handle unpacking, placement and removal of packaging. In many cases venues can be ready to trade the same day.
What happens if access or parking is difficult, or plans change late?
If site access is constrained, parking is unavailable, or delivery/installation details change with less than 48 hours’ notice, additional fees may apply.
What is your minimum order and deposit policy?
We are a trade-only supplier. Our minimum order value is £2,000 (ex VAT). Orders below this threshold may attract a surcharge. A 100% deposit is typically required to initiate production unless otherwise agreed in writing.
How do warranties work?
All products include a minimum one-year warranty against manufacturing faults, with many manufacturers offering extended warranties of up to five years. Modifications or uses outside the approved specifications void the warranty. Your statutory rights are not affected.

What should I do on delivery?
Please check all items carefully on delivery. Note any damage or shortages on the carrier’s paperwork and notify us within 24 hours so we can assist. We cannot accept liability after this period.
