We are a trade-only company supplying European contract furniture, lighting and décor for hospitality, workplace, education, healthcare and other commercial projects.

By accessing or using this Site, requesting a quotation or placing an order with Contract Furniture Store Ltd, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Quotations & Project Pricing

Our products are quotation-based rather than fixed-price. Pricing depends on the project specification, including product configuration, quantities, fabrics, finishes, delivery location and any installation requirements.

Quotations are provided based on the information available at the time and are subject to supplier availability, manufacturing lead times and final specification.

We have no minimum order value, although a surcharge may apply in some circumstances where a supplier cannot accommodate a small order economically.

Orders & Payment

We require a 100% deposit to progress an order, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

An order is subject to confirmation of the final specification, pricing, availability and any applicable delivery or installation requirements.

Many of our products are manufactured or configured specifically for individual projects and may therefore be non-cancellable once production or other supplier costs have been incurred.

Alterations & Cancellations

Alterations or cancellations requested more than 24 hours after an order is placed may be charged in full where Contract Furniture Store Ltd or its suppliers have incurred costs or committed to production, materials, transport or other services.

We will advise you of any applicable costs before proceeding wherever reasonably possible.

Product Quality & Warranty

We offer a standard one-year guarantee against manufacturing faults on all products. This is extended to five years on many products, depending on the manufacturer and product.

Manufacturer warranties and guarantees may vary by product and supplier. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Products must be used, installed and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications and guidelines. Any unauthorised alteration, modification, installation or other practice that deviates from the manufacturer’s approved specifications may invalidate the applicable warranty.

Delivery & Installation

Delivery arrangements, lead times, and installation requirements vary by product, supplier, project specification, and delivery location.

Our quotations will identify applicable delivery and installation costs where these are known. Further information is provided in our Order, Delivery & Installation Terms.

By using this Site or our services, you agree to use them lawfully and in accordance with these Terms of Service.
