At Contract Furniture Store, every product is made to order according to your specific selections. Because of this, all sales are final once an order has been placed.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement without penalty. After 24 hours, materials and production are scheduled, and the order can no longer be cancelled or changed.
Alterations or cancellations made more than 24 hours after an order is placed will be charged in full if the Contract Furniture Store Ltd incurs costs.
Returns
Since all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect selections, or design changes after production has started.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will request photos and a description of the issue to help us resolve the problem quickly.
Depending on the situation, we will repair, replace, or issue a credit for the affected item at our discretion.
Delivery Issues
Please inspect all deliveries upon arrival. Any visible freight damage should be noted on the delivery receipt before signing. Claims for concealed damage must be reported within 24 hours.
